On Wednesday 10th November Prof. Avv. Giorgio Afferni will participate to a videoconference on the topic of "Class Action vs. Transfer of Claim". The panel is part of the International Conference on the theme of competition and innovation organized by the Brazilian institute IBCI from 9 to 11 November. The presentation of Prof. Avv.
